Shipping & Returns
BOOKS: Our computer cannot recognize books as a separate item so it will charge you $12.50 if you order 1 book. We ship all of our books via 1st class mail or media mail, so we will issue you a credit in the amount of $6.50 if you only order 1 book. If you order other merchandise with the book our standard rates apply.
Most shipments are shipped via Fed Ex Ground. Heavy items such as 25 lb. packs of media, workbenches, polishing compounds, etc. may require additional shipping and handling charges. We will contact you with a freight quote before shipment. Existing charges that you may have incurred when you placed your order will be deducted from the freight bill. All costs associated with special shipping instructions are the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you of the difference in charges. Ordering from us allows us to send promotional email. If you wish to be removed from that list, you can do so by clicking the remove instructions on the email.FOR CONTINENTAL U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY (SEE BELOW FOR OVERSEAS/CANADA)
Below is a list of current charges for shipping and handling. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Etc., may require additional postage. We will contact you with any additional charges that may be applicable. The minimum dollar value for any export order is $100.00 due to the high cost of paperwork.

Customers located in a ups/fedex area that requires a sur-charge may be contacted for additional freight. A $3 service charge may be applied for expedited shipping on small orders where the customers account is used for shipping.

Design and Manufacture:
The descriptions and pictured representations on this site resemble the actual product as closely as possible. However, because of continuing efforts to improve our merchandise, changes are unavoidable and designs and specifications will sometimes vary. If tolerances or dimensions are critical, please mention this on your order or contact us first.
Cancelling Your Order:
If you would like to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Have your order confirmation number available when contacting us and we will make our best effort to comply. All cancellation of orders must be in writing. We usually ship orders the same day or next day after receipt of payment.
Return Goods Policy
Approval must be obtained and a Return Goods Authorization Number must be granted before returned merchandise will be accepted. Full credit will be granted on merchandise shipped in error or defective. All items considered for return (excluding damaged or defective items) must be in mint condition and in original packaging. Any alteration of tools by the user releases B2BProfessionaltools.com from any warranties, expressed or implied, and all liabilities for damages sustained in use of the altered tools. If altered items are returned for credit, no credit will be issued and the items will not be returned to the customer. A restocking charge of 15% may be charged for returned items at the discretion of B2BProfessionaltools.com. The customer will be liable for the shipping costs for returned goods. American Express Card users please note that if you cancel or return anything for any reason you may be liable for a 4% restocking charge as American Express does not refund us their 4% commission (discount) for you using their card for payment of your order. Videos are supplied in sealed packages and cannot be returned for any reason if seal has been broken. Any order that is returned for any reason other than being defective, the customer is responsible for the return and outgoing freight charges.
No approval for return after 30 days. We do not accept used equipment back unless it is defective as we do not sell used equipment. Before any charge back is issued, items that are lost or missing in shipment must be reported within 60 days to b2bprofessionaltools so we may take appropriate action.
Customers returning an order that was shipped freight free and is returned due to no fault of ours will be responsible for the outgoing freight charge and the return postage to us. We will contact you to let you know what the original outgoing cost was. If an order is returned for insufficient address, undeliverable for any reason, not signed for, etc, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges we may incur to reship the product back to you and for the shipping and handling charges originally billed on their order if the shipment is not reshipped.
Used Bottles of Solutions of any kind are not returnable, (unless is it extremely obvious that there is something defective about it). Please contact us to try and help resolve the issue first. Sorry about this, but theres alot of customers that just use what they want and then say the product is no good and want a credit. Please read bottle/instructions carefully before using.
No returns accepted for orders outside of the United States.
Our system does not allow for charging freight on overseas shipments. If you place an order, you must have an email address for us to contact you with the freight charges. Or, if you prefer, you can contact us for a pro-forma invoice before placing your order. Customers should be aware that shipping charges are expensive and should accumulate or order as much as possible to avoid multiple shipping and handling charges. We only charge you what we get billed, and notify you of the difference in shipping and handling fees before making any shipments. Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do ship using customers fedex, dhl accounts, etc. Due to the large amount of internet fraud, for non-verifiable companies, we must ask for payment in advance via wire transfer. American Express is the only acceptable credit card as they are the only one checking fraud at this time (unless the credit card used is drawn on a U.S. bank).
Gift certificates cannot be used or redeemed anywhere except on this site (b2bprofessionaltools.com). Gift certificates cannot be used or redeemed on any other sites owned or operated by b2bprofessionaltools.
Gift certificates cannot be used or redeemed without the authorized claim code, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen, cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases, cannot be used or redeemed to purchase other gift certificates, cannot be resold, not refundable, non-transferrable and can be redeemed for merchandise only.
Any purchase less than the value of a gift certificate causes the unused balance to be placed in the account of the gift certificate recipient for use in a future transaction.
Any purchase exceeding the value of a gift certificate requires the use of a valid credit card to complete the transaction.

Coupons are generated to help our customers in either freight or item costs by lowering the prices accordingly. Coupon codes can only be used for the items intended as our system does not allow for coupons to be used for specific items only. Customers trying to order items using a coupon code for items that are not for the coupon will be contacted to pay the additional shipping and handling charges before we can process their order. If a customer mixes his order with items that have a coupon and items that do not have a coupon, (for free freight) we will contact them if any additional freight charges are required. Only one coupon per order allowed.
